Yet another good English band! Apart from "dance-hall" tune "Come on Eileen" other songs such as "The Celtic Soul Brothers" and "Let's Make This Precious" are infectiously exciting and really rock - or should I say swing - drenched in melody, they just happen to use strings, brass, banjo and organ on top of the rythym section instead of the typical electric guitar. Some very tasteful solo violin parts particularly. 

Kevin Rowland's voice is excellent, unique and full of feeling, difficult diction notwithstanding.
